Canduns Ltd provides construction services including renovations, void maintenance, planned works, and property maintenance. A detailed scope of work will be agreed upon prior to project commencement.

3. Quotes & Payments

All quotations are valid for 30 days. Projects begin once written acceptance is received and any required deposit is paid. Final payments are due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Cancellations

Clients must provide a minimum of 7 days’ notice to cancel scheduled works. Cancellations within 7 days may incur a fee to cover preparation or material costs.

5. Project Timelines

While we aim to meet all agreed timelines, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g. weather, supplier delays). Any changes to the timeline will be communicated promptly.

6. Liability

Canduns Ltd holds full public and employer’s liability insurance. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses unless due to proven negligence.

7. Guarantees

All workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months. Product/material warranties are subject to manufacturers’ terms.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content (text, images, logos) is the property of Canduns Ltd and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
